Japanese Interpreter (Manufacturing)

• Provide accurate and timely interpretation services during meetings, discussions and negotiations between our Indonesian and Japanese expatriates
• Translate written documents, reports, manuals and other materials between Indonesian and Japanese languages as required
• Assist in coordinating and facilitating communications to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
• Support our manufacturing teams by clarifying technical terms and concepts to enable effective knowledge transfer
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes, procedures and projects by bridging language barriers
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all interpretation and translation work

What we’re looking for

• Japanese language level N1
• English language active
• Minimum education S1
• Experience as a translator min. 10 years, ideally in the manufacturing industry or have worked in Japan
• Strong understanding of technical and concepts related to manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate effective dialogue
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
